The chart below lists all normal shipping methods and rates for JanSport.com. Products are shipped within the United States via Home Delivery, 2-day, or overnight.

Shipping rates on all orders are based on the merchandise subtotal, before any promotional discounts are applied.

HOME DELIVERY WITHIN 4-6 DAYS

Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Home Delivery service. Delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States. If the order is completed prior to 3pm et on a Delivery day, the product will ship out same day. If the order is completed after 3pm et, the product will ship the next Delivery day and will add one day to the arrival date. You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 full days.  

2-DAY
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2-Day service. Delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States. If the order is completed prior to 3pm et on a Delivery day, the product will ship out same day. If the order is completed after 3pm et, the product will ship the next Delivery day and will add one day to the arrival date. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full days.

OVERNIGHT
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. Delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States. If the order is completed prior to 3pm et on a Delivery day, the product will ship out same day. If the order is completed after 3pm et, the product will ship the next Delivery day and will add one day to the arrival date. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full day.

ALASKA OR HAWAII 2-DAY
Most items may be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-Day service. Delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States. If the order is completed prior to 9am et on a Delivery day, the product will ship out same day. If the order is completed after 9am et, the product will ship the next Delivery day and will add one day to the arrival date. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full days.

MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES
JanSport does not currently ship orders to Military APO/FPO addresses.

SMART POST - PO BOXES
Deliveries to PO Boxes in the 48 contiguous states will be shipped via US Postal Service Parcel Post. Alaska & Hawaii will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. There is no tracking service and expedited shipping is not available for these shipments. Please expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days.

All times listed above are pending order verification and credit approval which make take up to 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States).

US TERRITORIES
JanSport does not currently ship orders to US Territories (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Marianna Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands).

INTERNATIONAL
JanSport does not ship outside the United States at this time nor does it accept International credit cards.
